Ahojte! Osobne som nikdy nebola veľkým milovníkom raňajok a to z jedného jednoduchého dôvodu. Spánok mi bol prednejší, ako jedlo. Ak som však mala napríklad ráno čas a voľnú kuchyňu, rada som si dopriala napríklad chlebík vo vajíčku, alebo müsli. S Viktorom sme sa však na určitú dobu vzdali raňajok úplne, pretože sme praktizovali takzvaný intermittent fasting. Čo to je, sa môžete dočítať napríklad v tomto článku na refresheri.
S tehotenstvom však prichádzal hlad skôr ako o druhej, kedy sme boli zvyknutí jedávať obed a tak som opäť začala raňajkovať. Žiadne veľké experimenty sa však nekonali, pretože ráno som ešte lenivá a tak siaham po rýchlych, no aj tak chutných alternatívach. Väčšinou volím aletrnatívu sladkých raňajok a práve tieto, ktoré vám predstavím dnes, patria k mojim obľúbeným.

However, when I got pregnant, the hunger came a lot earlier than at 2pm, which was the time we usually ate out first meal of the day, lunch. So I started breakfasting again, but since I am usually pretty tired in the mornings, I don't go for anything big or elaborate. A simple and quick, but healthy breakfast, is enough for me. I usually decide in favour of sweet breakfast and this one is definitely one of my go-to's.

Základ týchto raňajok tvorí jogurt, v mojom prípade je to smotanový, čučoriedkový jogurt od značky Zvolenský. Nikdy som jogurtom veľmi nefandila, ale tento smotanový si ma získal (najradšej mám čučoriedkový a stracciatelový). Väčšinou si kupujem väčšie balenie a na tieto raňajky použijem maximálne polovicu.
V ďalšom kroku pridávam ovocie, najčastejšie ringlotu (alebo aj dve), no inokedy volím napríklad čučoriedky. Dnes som sa rozhodla pridať aj trochu granátového jablka (približne štvrťku).
Nasledujú müsli. Pôvodne som volila rôzne varianty od Janova pec, ale odkedy sa mi všetky minuly, rozhodla som sa skúsiť tieto čokoládové granola crunchy müsli a neviem si ich vynachváliť. Osobne mám radšej, keď sú müsli zlepené v takých väčších, tvrdých kúskoch.
Nakoniec pridám ešte slnečnicové semiačka a olúpané, nakrájané mandľové jadrá. Hotovo! Už stačí len premiešať a chutné, výdatné raňajky sú na svete.
Ak by ste sa naozaj ponáhľali, odporúčala by som vynechať granátové jablko a zvoliť alternatívu čučoriedok, namiesto ringlot. V takom prípade máte raňajky pripravené do dvoch minút.
The base of this breakfast is yogurt, in my case, it's a blueberry yogurt. In the next step, I add some fruit, usually a an european plum (but any kind of plum will do). This time, I also threw in some pomegranate seeds. Then, it's time for some granola crunchy müsli. I love chocolate ones at the moment. In the end, I just add a couple of sunflower seeds and almonds. Aaaand done! Just mix everything together and your breakfast is ready!
Also, if you are in a hurry, you can just skip the pomegranate and can go for blueberries instead of the plum. This way, the breakfast should be done in about 2 minutes.
